Little Zulik crafts each product with the utmost precision and care. In order to achieve this perfection, from day of payment each item takes a minimum of six weeks to delivery date.​​

• Little Zulik offers a one (2) year warranty against defects in material and workmanship on all goods supplied by it calculated from the date of collection or delivery of the goods to you, provided:

  • You are able to produce proof of purchase by way of the original invoice;

  • The goods concerned have been used for the purpose intended and in a domestic environment;

  • The customer has cared for the goods in line with the Care Instructions provided with the product

  • damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications by the customer;

  • The goods have not been altered in any manner or partially disassembled by the customer;

• Provided the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, Little Zulik will assess the good/s to confirm such compliance and thereafter repair, where possible, or replace the goods which are subject to the warranty claim.

Unfortunately Little Zulik does not accept returns on any items as they are made to order. If an item is damaged or not up to perfect standard please contact us and we will replace it as soon as possible.

We do our best to accurately display the goods, specifically their colour, description and price. Please remember however that the way you see the goods is dependent on the device that you are using to access little zuliks website. We cannot guarantee that the goods you receive will look exactly as you have seen it on the website. Slight differences may occur in relation to the materials used as they are natural materials.  We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for these variations.​
